Rental Permission (Sub-Letting / Sub-Lease)

Rental Permission (Sub-Letting / Sub-Lease) is the approval granted by MIDC allowing a lessee to rent out or sub-lease their industrial premises to another party for industrial or allied activities. The process requires submission of a sub-letting application, draft agreement, consent letters, and payment of prescribed processing fees. Permission is granted only after verifying that the proposed activity complies with MIDC regulations

Mortgage permission

Mortgage Permission is the approval issued by MIDC allowing a plot holder to mortgage their industrial plot or premises to a bank or financial institution as security for a loan. The lessee must apply to MIDC with details of the financial institution, loan amount, and purpose, along with required documents. After verification, MIDC issues a Mortgage Consent Letter authorizing the charge on the leasehold property.

Change of Company Name/ Director Change

Change of Company Name / Director Change refers to updating the MIDC records when a company alters its registered name or board structure as per ROC (Registrar of Companies) approval. The lessee must submit supporting documents such as the Certificate of Name Change, Board Resolution, Updated ROC Master Data, and KYC of new directors to MIDC for endorsement and record correction in the lease or allotment documents.
